Les Mis part 1 summary

In part 1 of Les Mis, was about a man who had everything in the world just like others, the only difference was that he wasn’t really religious. He was M. Myriel he was a well known bishop who helped others no matter who they were. He would do so many great things for others for example he even traded his home for a smaller to help the people in need of shelter. M. Myriel had a very over protective sister who would always worry for his danger because he would never lock his door, he would leave it open for those who need help.

Success

Success is the the self-satisfaction that is the direct result of peace of mind knowing that you have done your best to become the bet that you are, CAPABLE OF BECOMING!.

Get to Know Me

The way I get to know people is somewhat related to how M. Myriel and all the people got to know each other. I like to get to know people by talking to them and getting to know the real them. Most people that I know communicate through social media which cause them to not know who there talking too and once it gets the the moment of meeting them for the first time they sometimes regret talking to them through social media instead of taking some time of their day to get to know them better.

What a character

In Les Misérables, Victor Hugo goes to great lengths to describe the character of M. Myriel.  He uses both direct and indirect characterization to help the reader get to know M. Myriel. Victor Hugo describes him in many good ways and some bad. The good ways he described him was in how he would give up his personal time and things to give it to the others. Most of the ways he’s describing him are mainly direct.
